I am a poor blogger at the best of times and there has been so much happening since my last post. I’ve had to be creating things instead of writing about them! And I have a new studio. I had my first workshop in Feb. with Grace and Kathy making nuno felted scarves. It was so nice and relaxed especially having everything at your fingertips!

Time to make another small piece
Sorry I’ve not documented my journey more here. I took a course in the fall on eco dyeing with India Flint and it has consumed me! I have been experimenting and meeting with some others who are as enthralled as I am with it. I’ve been experimenting on samples as I learn but am now starting to “experiment” on scarves. I also want to experiment with applying it to felt but haven’t gotten that far yet. I’ll try to make time to post if I can pull myself away from my new love 🙂

I’m finally getting some workshops going! The first one is Mar. 26 from 9 am to 4 pm at my home studio in Newmarket learning basic wet felting and making a scarf.
